Bellevue Holiday apartment: Terms and conditions
All guests are requested to leave the apartment as they find it; cleaning equipment is provided. If you prefer, an end of stay clean can be provided for 40 euros. A security deposit of £100 is required on arrival against damage to the property, furniture or breakages. If accidental damage occurs tell Carol and Rob so repairs/replacements can be made as quickly as possible
For bookings made in advance a 10% non refundable deposit is required with the balance of money to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Short notice bookings must pay the total amount. Please take out holiday insurance as late cancellations cannot be reimbursed unless the apartment is booked through Gites de France who offer compensation for a reasonable premium. Just ask for Gite rural No 952001.
Out of season bookings are cheaper and weekends are offered outside of July and August see the website, www.bellevueholidayapartment.com for full details.
Smoking is not allowed within the apartment. An area can be set aside on the terrace for smokers by prior arrangement, please notify the owners if you require this facility.
Evening meals can be provided subject to availability and requested 24 hours in advance. The cost for three course meal including wine is 15 Euros per head. Afternoon tea and cakes can be provided at a cost of 6 Euros per person (minimum 2 people). To be paid for when taken.
All guests are asked to vacate the apartment by 10:30 on their day of departure. The apartment will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please notify the owners of your anticipated arrival time.
The garden is available for guests to use and fruit in season may be picked. Books, Dvd’s and Cd’s are for guests use please do not remove from the apartment as they are for the enjoyment of all guests.
No pets. There is plenty of car parking and guests are asked to park considerately.
