The Apartment is rented for one week periods during July and August. Short breaks out of season see tarif above.
A 10% non refundable deposit should be paid on booking and all monies paid six weeks prior to arrival. Late bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival. UK Cheques should be made payable to Mrs C Pike. Euros accepted, Euro cheques should be made payable to Madame C Pike.
A refundable security deposit of £100 will be required on arrival against damages to the apartment.
The charges are for the whole 2 bedroomed apartment which is suitable for 4 adults. All linen, towels and bedding provided. Meals by arrangement.
