Served between 3:30 and 6pm, requires 24 hours notice, as all cakes are made on the day.

Large pot of Tea ( English breakfast tea, Earl Grey or Darjeeling).

Plate of small sandwiches:

Egg and mayonnaise, Smoked salmon and cream cheese, Ham and tomato.

Scones with homemade Jam and Cream

Victoria sponge or Coffee Cake

Fruit Tea Loaf with butter.

(6 euros per person, minimum of 2.)

Requires 24 hours notice, as all food is bought and cooked on the day, unless it is marinaded.

Starters:

Tomato and Basil salad

Duck or Chicken Liver Pate

Advocado,Grapefruit,Mango and Blue cheese salad

Soup of the day.

Main Course:

Beef or Vegetarian Lasagne

Coq au vin

Salmon en papilotte

Salad Nicoise

Served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes-plain or sauteed.

Desserts:

Eton mess (crushed meringues with red fruits soaked in cassis and covered in cream).

Ice cream and fresh fruit salad

Lemon Posset.
